- About to ICSCST 2026 !
The International Conference on Smart Cities, Systems, and Transportation (ICSCST 2026) will be held grandly in Zhengzhou, a national central city and comprehensive transportation hub in China. This conference focuses on the collaborative innovation of smart city development, intelligent system integration, and modern transportation system, aiming to build a cross disciplinary and high-level international academic exchange platform, gathering experts and scholars, government managers, researchers, enterprise technical representatives, and urban operation institutions in urban planning, transportation engineering, information technology, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, public management, energy systems, and sustainable development. The conference will focus on the urban big data platform and smart governance system, the application of artificial intelligence in urban operation monitoring and decision support, intelligent transportation system (ITS) and vehicle road coordination technology, urban rail transit and multimodal transport hub optimization, smart logistics and urban distribution network design, urban energy Internet and green transportation integration, digital twin city and BIM/CIM technology application, smart infrastructure enabled by 5G and the Internet of Things, smart parking and travel as a service (MaaS), low-carbon transport policy and sustainable development path of smart city construction, and other forward issues. Through various forms such as keynote speeches, thematic forums, paper presentations, technology exhibitions, and sharing of urban practice cases, we aim to promote the integrated development of "city intelligence operation". ICSCST 2026 emphasizes the core concept of "system empowerment, intelligent collaboration, and smooth future", committed to improving the modernization level of urban governance and transportation operation efficiency, and serving the national strategy of new smart cities and transportation power. The high-quality papers accepted by the conference will be recommended for publication in international journals indexed by SCI, EI, or Scopus to enhance academic influence.

All full paper submissions to the ICSCST 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of ICSCST 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

-Submission Guidelines-
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to icscst@sub-paper.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
Call for Reviewers
As a platform for global academic communication, the quality of conference publication has always an aspect attracting much of our attention. To ensure quality of our publication and to better serve the peers in academic circle, we now call for reviewers among professionals and experts of the world. Professionals and experts who hold PhD (doctoral) degree in the conference related areas are encouraged to join in us and together, we will work hard to become a world-class academic conference. SCI JOURNAL
